Join us to increase mobility and flexibility. Yogalates is a mix of Pilates Yoga and mindfulness without committing to a full class of either. This session will give you the opportunity to slow down and focus on you and your personal wellness for a little while. Leave feeling restored, rebalanced and relaxed.
