You'll be alternating between cycling and strength work in this 30 minute class. A great mix of cardio and weight training. Modifications are given to make this class suitable for all fitness levels. Fridays 12.15-12.45pm
NOTE: No shows or late cancellations (less than 60 minutes before class begins) will result in a 2 day freeze from attending group fitness classes. Cancel class on the app.
