We know how important exercise is to our members. So, while we are closed we will be dropping workouts onto this page. We aim to add new workouts every other day so keep checking in and please tag us on social media if you try these. We'd love to see you all exercising and keeping yourself fit and healthy.
We'll keep equipment to a minimum where possible. If you don't have any weights, get creative and fill some bottles with sand or use some tins from your cupboard. Anything is better than nothing. Remember, exercise is great for mental health, even if it's not working out quite as hard as you usually do.
